Shrimp-pasta salad

This recipe is so fresh and full of flavor, perfect for the Summer season. Simply follow 
along with the photos/recipe
Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise, use more if you need to - 3 teaspoons mustard - 1 tablespoon ketchup - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper - 1 lemon, juiced - 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Salad: 1 12oz package small pasta shells - 1 pound cooked, deveined tiny shrimp ( cut in half) - 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper - 3/4 cup diced celery - a pinch of sea salt/black pepper to bring out flavor - 1 pinch paprika, for garnish - 3 sprigs fresh dill
