Pita chips

I made these lovely pita chips from scratch and vow to never buy store brought again. They are just as good and healthy to perfection. I hope you enjoy them too
Ingredients: 1 package of yeast - 1/2 cup warm water - 2 cups all purpose flour - 2 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar - 1 cup lukewarm water
Directions: Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Let sit for 10-15 minutes until water is cloudy. Combine flour and salt in large bowl. Pour in yeast mixture. Slowly add the 1 cup of warm water, stir with wooden spoon. Place dough on floured surface and knead for 10-15 minutes. When the dough is no longer sticky, coat large bowl with olive oil, place dough in bowl (make sure the dough is coated with oil on all sides). Let sit in a warm place for about 3 hours, or until doubled in size. Once doubled, roll out in a rope, and pinch off 10-12 small pieces. Place balls on floured surface, covered for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 450F. Roll the balls into round disks, bake for 5 mins. Cut into preferred wedges, then serve with hummus, or Greek yogurt sauce
