Lemons and limes have an intense sour flavor but are popular when used in combination with herbs and spices for many sauces, salad dressings, marinades, drinks and desserts
Combating cancer - An excellent source of the powerful antioxidant vitamin C, lemons can help fight the formation of free radicals known to cause cancer

Vitamin C plays a vital role in the formation of collagen, the support system of your skin. The benefits of flaxseed

 Improve digestive health. The fiber in flaxseed can help relieve constipation and make you more regular.
Increase immunity. Shown to decrease inflammation, allowing the immune system to function better. Preliminary research suggests that flaxseed can help relieve autoimmune and inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and lupus.Fight cancer. 
Studies show that flaxseed may have a role in fighting cancer, particularly colon and breast cancer. The benefit is based on its high concentration of lignans, which are believed to inhibit tumor growth

The benefits of aloe vera juice

Aloe vera juice has many health benefits. When it comes to hair health I can't began to tell you how this product work miracles for the hair and scalp. Excess exposure to bacterial, sun and pollution makes your hair extremely dry and damaged. These harmful particles strips your hair of its natural oils and moisture causing split ends and dandruff. Aloe vera is useful for all hair types, especially for damaged hair. Regular use of aloe vera keeps your hair smooth, soft and damage-free. The following are some of the benefits of aloe vera for your hair:
Promotes hair growth
Maintains the pH balance
Moisturizes
Reduces dandruff
Conditions hair
You can add 2 teaspoons of fresh aloe juice into your favorite conditioner or spray bottle and use it daily. This would enhance the moisturizing properties of your conditioner as it deeply hydrates your hair leaving it soft and smooth hair

DIY hair moisturizing spritz

I absolutely love making my own hair care products at home because I know whats in the product and it gives me the opportunity to add exactly what I want and Need for healthy hair without all those chemicals. There are tons of different ways to mix hair mists, sprays, and spritz - I like to keep it simple. A DIY hair spray can contain all the ingredients you want and can be cost efficient as well. Black pepper for hair growth

Black pepper is commonly used in ayurvedic medicines; also stimulates hair growth. 
Follow along with the photos. Ingredients: 1/4 cup ground peppercorns or pepper - 1/2 cup coconut olive, or, Jojoba oil - mix well until a smooth paste is formed. Let marinate for 2weeks or longer. Drain oil from the pepper (dispose pepper residue). Apply oil on the roots of the hair covering with a warm towel. Leave on for 30 minutes then wash completely
