Homemade pizza dough

You want to talk about the perfect pizza dough ..try this. I promise once you make
your own you will never want to buy store brought or already made dough again
.. so healthy, so yummy good, please try this
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups warm water - 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast
or simply leave it out for a flat/crispier crust - 3 1/2 cups bread flour or all-purpose
flour (if you like wheat, use wheat) - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 teaspoons salt - 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions: In a large bowl, add the warm water. Sprinkle on the yeast and let sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is dissolved, it should turn cloudy. Stir to dissolve completely at the 5 minute point. Mix in the olive oil, flour, salt and sugar on low speed for about a 8-10 minutes or by hand. Knead by hand or using a mixer with a dough hook, on low to medium speed until the dough is smooth and elastic. If the dough seems a little too sticky, sprinkle on a pinch more flour. Place the ball of dough in a clean bowl that has been coated lightly with olive oil. Turn the dough around in the bowl so that it gets coated with the oil. Cover with plastic wrap. Let sit in a warm place until it doubles in size for about 1 - 2 hours or longer, a longer rise would be even better. I like to let my dough sit in the refrigerator or freezer for a day or 2 before serving
