Cheesy vegetable pizza

Crust: 2.5 to 3 cups all purpose flour: 1 cup warm water - 2 teaspoon dry yeast - ¼ tsp sugar or ¼ tsp honey - 2 tbsp olive oil - ½ tsp salt - olive oil for brushing - flour, cornmeal 
Tomato sauce: 4-5 fresh tomatoes:  2-3 garlic - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 tsp dried basil or 2 tbsp fresh basil - 1 tsp dried oregano or freshly crushed  - pinch ground black pepper - salt
Toppings (2 medium sized pizzas): 1 onion, sliced - 1 green bell pepper, sliced - 1 tomato (optional) 8-9 pitted green olives, sliced - 1 cup broccoli - 8-9 pitted black olives -  grated mozzarella/cheddar cheese as required
