Flat bread biscuits

Ingredients: 300g flour - 1 Tsp Sugar - 1 Tsp Salt - 4 Tbsp yoghurt - 2 Tbsp Melted Ghee - (butter) 100 ml milk - 100 ml warm water
Instructions: Sift the flour, sugar into a bowl and add the sugar. Mix in the the yoghurt and ghee and then mix together the milk and the water and add to the bowl, form together to make a soft dough and then knead on a lightly floured surface for 3 minutes until smooth. Cook in the oven 450 F for 10 minutes
