Pepperoni arugula pizza

For the Crust: 1 3/4 to 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 envelope Fleischmann’s yeast - 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar - 1 teaspoon salt - 2/3 cup warm water - 3 Tablespoons olive oil

For the toppings: bag of baby arugula - 1 cup tomato sauce, plain - 1 clove garlic, grated, 1 cup pepperoni (turkey or regular) - 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheese

Bake on 450 F for about 10-15 mins; then top with fresh arugula
