Sour cream poundcake

 Omgosh, there are so many ways to do pound-cake. Lately I've come up with my own spin on some of the pound-cake recipes out there in which I find easy to make and so delicious ..just follow along ..enjoy
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 cup white sugar - 1/2 cup veggie oil - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (the good stuff) - 1/2 cup sour cream - 2 eggs - 1 tsp baking soda - 2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 tsp vanilla extract
Prep: Pre-heat oven to 350. It's pretty simple after that. Add all the ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl, ensure you add one egg at a time, (mixing after each one). Once the batter is mixed (do not over mix), add the vegetable oil, fold oil into the batter until well mixed, in a loaf pan bake for 1 hour until golden brown and/or a toothpick inserted come out clean
