Seasoned roasted potatoes

 I can eat potatoes everyday if I could. Potatoes are so rich and filling. Roasting potatoes 
bring such a nice texture and taste to them .. not to mention they are much healthier this 
way, follow along with the photos to make these lovely babies ..enjoy
Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter - 1 tablespoon garlic powder (you can substitute the herbs for Italian seasonings as well) - 1 tablespoon onion powder - 1 tablespoon dried basil - 1 tablespoon dried parsley - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon salt/pepper - 4 medium-large potatoes, cubed
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters. Combine all the herbs in a large bowl. Toss in potatoes until evenly coated. Smear the butter on top of the potatoes. Wrap the potatoes in foil. Place potatoes in a oven proof glass roasting or baking pan. Roast in oven until potatoes are brown on all sides for about 45 mins to 1 hour
