Homemade dinner rolls

Ingredients: 4 cups of all purpose flour or bread flour - 1 tsp yeast - 1/3 cup sugar - 1 tsp salt - 1 cup of milk, warm - 1/3 cup butter, melted - 3 eggs - butter, melted
Prep: 1) In a small saucepan, add the milk and melted butter, you can use a candy thermometer to make sure the mixture reaches 120 degrees. 2) In a large bowl mix the warm butter and milk mixture, sprinkle the yeast over the top. Let sit for about 7 minutes. 3) To the yeast mixture, add the flour, sugar, eggs, salt and mix with a wooden spoon until the flour is incorporated. 4) knead the dough for about 10 minutes or until tacky. 5) Lightly grease a bowl with oil and set aside. 6) Once the dough is smooth, form into a large ball - seam side down in the oiled bowl - brush the top and sides of the dough with oil as well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it somewhere warm for about an hour or until it has almost doubled in size. 7) Dump the dough on the work surface, (use flour as necessary). Cut the dough into 15 equal pieces. 8) Cover the dough pieces with plastic wrap as you work with one piece at a time (to avoid the dough drying out). 9) Lightly grease a large size baking dish with oil. 10) Take each piece of dough and roll it in a smooth ball, place the ball seam side down in the greased baking pan, cover the baking pan with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap, to close in the moisture. 11) Once all the rolls are in the baking pan, cover with plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place for about an hour or until the rolls are about one size bigger than the original size. 12) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 13) Once the rolls have risen, bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter immediately !enjoy
