Steak and gravy

Ingredients: 4 round steaks
Salt/black pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions - chopped
1 cup water
2 tablespoons flour
Serving suggestion: mushed potatoes/salad
 Directions: Rub both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper. In a large - medium  skillet, heat oil over high heat until hot. Cook steak on high until browned and slightly crispy, turning the steaks every 4 minutes - lower heat if need to. Remove steaks and add onions to pan, cook until soft. Place steak on top of onions and add 1/4 cup of water. Lower heat to medium, cover and let simmer for 1 hour, turning steak every 20 minutes. Mix flour with 1/4 cup of water then add to the pot. Stir to make gravy
