Lemon tarts

I made this dessert without the crust for a healthier-light treat 
Ingredients: 5 eggs
1/2 cup superfine sugar or granulated sugar
2 tablespoons minced lemon peel
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 package of cream cheese 
1/2 cup cream
cupcake baking pan
 Directions: In a mixing bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, cream cheese, and cream, do not over beat the mixture. Pour the mixture through a strainer. Pour the lemon mixture into the cupcake baking pan/cups. Bake for about 20 minutes until the tarts have become solid. The filling should have a rich soft center and a slight crusty top. Let cool and serve with whipping cream
