The benefits of Lychee

Lychee is a delicious Asian fruit. The peel is red and bumpy, but when removed a sweet fruit is revealed. There is a pit inside, so be careful not to bite down. Lychees are absolutely wonderful and most everyone who tries them loves them. The Lychee fruit contain high levels of cancer-fighting/immunity boosting vitamins. Lychee also contains Potassium, Phosphorus, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Magnesium, and Calcium which are all good for the body. Containing only 66 calories per 100 gram compared to grapes, they have no saturated fats or cholesterol. Find Lychee in the produce department of many local grocery stores, if you can't find fresh Lychee you can also find them in a can too
