Feta-mushroom burger

1. Wash two portobello mushrooms (or use any mushroom of your choice)
2. Slice the mushrooms into thin slices
3. Drizzle about a tsp of olive oil into a medium size pan
let mushrooms cook for about 5 mins or until the mushrooms are slightly sauteed, on low heat
4. Slice one small size onion- add to the mushrooms, let simmer 
for about 5 mins (do not cover)
5. To make the burger: we simply used lean ground beef portioned for four
 feta cheese - crumbled, 2 cloves of garlic - diced, salt, and pepper
6. Let fry on both sides as preferred (in 1 tsp of olive oil)
7. Once the onions and mushrooms are cooked as desired - serve
on top of the burger, serve as a sandwich, or with your favorite salad
A really easy meal to serve for family and friends. Great for BBQs, picnics, or cookouts
