Tuna salad

I've been eating tuna salad for years and is sure it will be a continued favorite for years to come
This recipe is quick and simple to make

Simple ingredients:
two cups of penne pasta (you can also use shells or macaroni pasta)
three boiled eggs, peeled and chopped (leave one whole for garnish)    
one can of albacore tuna in veggie oil, drained/broken into chunks    
1/2 cup of cubed celery - 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper - 1/2 cup of sweet or pickle relish
1/4 cup of real mayo - 1/2 cup of cream cheese soften - 1/4 cups of onions, cubed
one tablespoon of mustard - a couple pinches of salt/ground black pepper
a couple pinches of garlic powder
       
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well
Let cool for two hours and serve immediately
