Sunday-slacker

When was the last time you did absolutely nothing and took the time to enjoy the things that means the most? Sunday is usually the day we take off to lounge in our comfy clothes, read a book, eat a good meal with family, or take that walk on the beach we've been meaning to for the last two weeks. For our sanity alone, we need time to enjoy the simple things. Rest not only means to sleep but to stop to smell the roses per say, enjoying the things we seem to not make time for in the week day.
