Take a walk outside . . .

Choose a peaceful environment. Go somewhere calming and peaceful and think of all great things  This will enable you to focus exclusively on you and avoid bombarding your mind unnecessary stress. Try to find somewhere that you will not be interrupted whether it simply be for 10 minutes. This quiet place does not need to be very large - a walk outside or even your office ..simply some place private. Focus and quiet your mind, eventually reaching a higher level of awareness and inner calm
