Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon baking powder - 1 teaspoon
baking soda - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 cup ghee (clarified butter) - 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs - 1/2 cup sour cream - 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract - 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup milk - 1 cup crushed pineapple for garnish
Glaze: 1/2 cup pineapple juice - 1/2 cup white sugar

Glaze: 1/2 cup pineapple juice - 1/2 cup white sugar
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a round baking pan. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the ghee and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the sour cream, vanilla extract and pineapple juice. Beat in the flour mixture with the milk, just until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 30 minutes ..mix pineapple juice/sugar for the glaze then pour on top ..enjoy
