Crust:
one 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/3 cup sugar one stick of salted butter, melted
spray a 9×13 baking pan (or pan size of your choice) with baking spray –
Mix all ingredients until crumbly – press into the pan with the back of a spoon or fingers
Bake for about ten mins
Other ingredients:
1/2 cup of brown sugar, packed – seven tbsp. butter
one (eight oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened – 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
one (16 oz.) can pumpkin – two eggs – one 1/2 tsp of cinnamon - one tsp of all spice
one tsp of vanilla
Prep:
Combine brown sugar, cheese, granulated sugar, pumpkin, eggs, spices, and vanilla
Blend until smooth – Pour over baked crust - bake at 350 until golden brown
Let cool completely before cutting
Cut into nice size squares
Top with whipping cream
