Freshly made
Freshly made banana bread from the bakery is a great way to jump start a morning. Filled with a variety of nuts, fruits, and of course nourishment, banana bread sticks to your ribs and probably will last you until lunch. One way you can preserve it is by freezing it - wrap it in aluminum foil for about a week, then heat it in the oven or microwave for a few seconds - taste like it was just baked

.Meditation
Studies have shown that meditating regularly can help relieve symptoms in people who suffer from allergies, high blood pressure, and many other health risks - I find it relaxing. Meditation involves sitting in a relaxed position and clearing your mind. You may focus on nature, a special place in your mind, or simply focus on controlling your breathing. It’s necessary to have at least 10 to 20 minutes free of distraction - though longer meditation sessions has its benefits. It is always a great idea to find time to have silence and privacy in your day, why not meditate to help recharge your inner peace

Animal print is definitely one of my favorite prints to wear. Most people find wearing animal print difficult to wear simply because it can be complicated to coordinate. Mixing patterns with other geometric, abstract, and floral patterns is a very unique way to stand out, for example mixing a zebra print skirt with a floral top.
