Organic raspberry yogurt

Ingredients: 2 ¼ cup thick Greek yogurt - 2 ½ cup organic frozen raspberries (or use berries of your choice) - 1/4 c sugar (to taste)
Prep: Place yogurt, frozen berries and sugar in a food processor. Mix until blended. Serve immediately or store in freezer

Curry pea soup

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon coconut milk - 1 teaspoon chilli powder - 1 tablespoon yellow curry - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander - 1 pinch turmeric - salt to taste - 2 teaspoons olive oil - 1 onion, minced - 1/2 teaspoon cumin - 4 tomatoes, chopped or paste  - medium bag fresh peas
Prep: In a small bowl, mix together coconut milk, chilli powder, curry, coriander, turmeric and salt. Set aside. In a medium frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cumin - fry gently until onions translucent. Stir in tomatoes, peas and coconut milk mixture. Reduce heat and simmer until the peas are tender, about 10 minutes

Country style white cake

Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, soft - 3 cups granulated sugar - 5 eggs, room temp - 3 cups all-purpose flour - 2 teaspoons baking powder - ¼ teaspoon salt - ½ cup whole milk, room temp - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Prep: Preheat oven to 350ยบ F. Prepare three 9-inch round cake pans with nonstick baking spray or coated well with shortening or butter and floured, taking care to remove all excess flour. Cream together butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar one cup at a time, making sure to fully incorporate each cup before adding another. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour milk and vanilla into measuring cup and whisk together. Add to butter with milk mixture. Gently stir all ingredients until well combined. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl, making sure to have all ingredients mixed well. Evenly distribute cake batter between cake pans and place pans into oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove and allow to cool in cake pans for about 10 minutes, then cool completely on a wire rack. !You gotta try it
