Seasoned roasted potatoes
I can eat potatoes everyday if I could. Potatoes are so rich and
filling. Roasting potatoes
bring such a nice texture and taste to them ..
not to mention they are much healthier this
way, follow along with the
photos to make these lovely babies ..enjoy
Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter - 1 tablespoon garlic powder (you can substitute the herbs for Italian seasonings as well) - 1 tablespoon onion powder - 1 tablespoon dried basil - 1 tablespoon dried parsley - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon salt/pepper - 4 medium-large potatoes, cubed
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters. Combine all the herbs in a large bowl. Toss in potatoes until evenly coated. Smear the butter on top of the potatoes. Wrap the potatoes in foil. Place potatoes in a oven proof glass roasting or baking pan. Roast in oven until potatoes are brown on all sides for about 45 mins to 1 hour

Brown sugar pound cake
You guys are just going to love this recipe, it's simple and simply yummy ..enjoy
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup dark brown sugar - 1/2 cup white sugar - 1/2 cup veggie oil - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (try to get a quality brand) - 2 eggs - 1 tsp baking soda - 2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 tsp vanilla extract
Prep: Pre-heat oven to 350. It's pretty simple after that. Add all the ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl, ensure you add one egg at a time, (mixing after each one). Once the batter is mixed (do not over mix), add the vegetable oil, fold oil into the batter until well mixed, bake in a loaf pan for 1 hour until golden brown and/or a toothpick inserted come out clean
