Easy ingredients: 1 cup butter - 1 cup of sugar - 1 cup of brown sugar (I used dark brown) - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 egg - 2 cups of all purpose flour - 1 tsp baking Soda - ½ tsp baking powder - ½ tsp of salt - 1 cup of walnuts, chopped
Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl cream the brown sugar, granulated sugar and butter, then add the egg and vanilla until combined. Mix in baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour. Fold in walnuts. Use a tablespoon full to drop the dough on a non-stick baking sheet (a couple inches apart). Bake for 10 minutes and let cool before serving
