Flannel all day, everyday

I have never saw a flannel I didn't like - you can't go wrong with a good flannel especially around this time of year. I've been wearing a lot of flannel this season come to think of it, can't get enough of them I guess - AF plaid flannel shirt, mustard basic top, UO linen pants, Minnetonka suede fringe boots, sterling/gold bracelets, sterling-gemstone necklaces, and sterling rings

Salmon croquettes

     All you need:
one can of pink or red salmon     
one large onion, finely chopped in cubes    
two small eggs, beaten     
1/2 cup yellow flour or cornmeal    
1/2 bell pepper, without seeds
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste    
two tablespoons butter or extra virgin olive oil
Prep:
Drain excess juice from salmon
Pour salmon into a bowl, use a fork break salmon apart into small chunks
Add onions, beaten eggs, cornmeal or flour, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly
Shape the mixture evenly into four patties
Heat the butter or oil over medium heat in a medium pan
Brown salmon croquette patties on both sides
3-5 minutes on each side
Serve hot to liking
I have been eating salmon croquettes since I was a kid
Salmon croquettes are primarily a southern food and is very easy to prepare and serve
