Cayenne pepper has been linked to many health benefits such as heart stimulus for heart attack victims, high blood pressure, hemorrhoid relief, stops bleeding, prostate health, balances triglycerides in the blood, anti fungal properties and so much more. I tend to use it for growth. Healthy hair is something I strive for daily in my hair journey; cayenne seems to come to the rescue in the form of hair recipes I've experimented with. Try these simple recipes as from them I've gained positive change in my hair growth routine (avoid pepper from getting into the eyes)
Mix 3 tablespoon of ground cayenne pepper and into a 8 oz of coconut oil; let sit for 2 weeks in a dark bottle. Rub it into your scalp before shampooing - use a plastic cap
Mix ½ cup Aloe Vera juice, 2 teaspoon ground Cayenne pepper. Mix together seal and store in a dark place for 15 days - use a plastic cap
Mix 2 tablespoons Peppermint oil, ½ tablespoon ground Cayenne. Mix and store for 10 days. Apply 1 hour prior to shampooing - use a plastic cap
Mix 3 tablesppon ground Cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon Castor oil, 2 tablespoons Olive oil, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 tablespoon Almond oil, 1 Tablespoon rose oil. Mix seal and store in a dark bottle for 10 days. Apply directly to scalp - wait an hour before shampooing - use a plastic cap
