DIY homemade cornbread

Simple ingredients: 1 cup milk - 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted - 2 medium eggs - 1 1/4 cups yellow cornmeal or white cornmeal - 1 cup all purpose flour - 1/2 cup sugar - 2 tbs honey - 1 tbs baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions: 1. Heat oven to 400³F.
2. Grease bottom and side or round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches, or square pan with butter
3. Beat milk, butter and egg in large bowl with a wire whisk
4. Stir in remaining ingredients all at once, the batter should have a lumpy consistency
5. Pour into pan.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden
